DESCRIPTION:An second opportunity to help with the harvesting of Tamarisk Farm Flax on Sunday 2nd August 10.00 – 12.00 noon. \nCome along and help pull this years flax crop and de seed (rippling) before loading into the trailer to take the flax off for retting. \nDIRECTIONS\nTamarisk Farm is in the village of West Bexington\, east of Bridport\, off the Coast Road at Swyre.\nParking will be available in a field off Labour in Vain Lane – second gateway on the left after Marco Polo House (NOT the field with the Straw\nBales!). Look out for someone who will direct you into the parking gate. \nIf you are able please car share from Bridport as easy parking is limited. \nWHAT TO BRING:\nBe prepared for warm weather and uneven ground. Wear stout footwear\, sun screen and hat. Refreshment will be available but do bring your own water. \nThe Harvesting will be led by Adam Simon\,Tamarisk Farm\,  who will instruct regarding the pulling and rippling stages and organise loading iinto trailers.
